3 oz Captain Morgan Parrot Bay coconut rum
3 oz Dr. Pepper soda

The Island Doctor was created at a Pirate party in Atlanta GA, May 2004. Pour the Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay coconut rum and Dr. Pepper together over ice in a highball glass. Stir, and serve.
